Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to digital manifests and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, RF scanners) with precision and safety
- Inspect products for damage and maintain inventory accuracy
- Optimize order fulfillment to meet daily KPIs and SLAs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment issues
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow OSHA protocols
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to work in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- RF scanner experience preferred (training provided)
- Valid Washington state driver's license (if operating equipment)
- Background check required
