Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital systems
- Inspect products for quality and report defects to quality control team
- Optimize order fulfillment to meet daily KPIs and delivery schedules
- Maintain organized inventory storage and FIFO rotation protocols
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless workflow
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and warehouse procedures
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or fulfillment experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
