Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment
- Inspect products for quality assurance and proper packaging
- Maintain organized staging areas and warehouse cleanliness
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in inventory audits and stock rotation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and math skills
- RF scanner experience preferred (training provided)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude for fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible overtime schedules
- Warehouse or fulfillment center experience a plus
