Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with speed and accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing
- Maintain organized inventory in designated zones
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Report inventory discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker packer experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy focus
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to Portland warehouse
