Responsibilities
- Accurately select and assemble customer orders from warehouse inventory
- Safely pack items using appropriate materials to prevent damage
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) with precision
- Maintain organized and clean workstations following OSHA standards
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies promptly
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
