Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Label and prepare shipments for dispatch with proper documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or picker packer experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Valid forklift certification a plus
