Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move stock.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks and pallets, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate inventory counts and stock organization to maintain accurate records.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare, pack, and label products for shipment, verifying order accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and keep the workspace clean and organized.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of punctuality and consistent work attendance.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment.
- Communication: Ability to read and comprehend instructions and communicate verbally.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Availability: Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as business needs arise.
