Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Verify product quality, quantities, and documentation before shipment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and participate in cycle counts
- Optimize workflow to meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping procedures
- Collaborate with team members to resolve order discrepancies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Valid forklift certification a plus
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with changing priorities
