Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Verify product quality, quantities, and lot numbers before shipment
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly production targets
- Document inventory discrepancies and report maintenance needs for equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to work in a climate-controlled environment with flexible scheduling
