Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders efficiently using RF scanners and voice-directed picking systems
- Pack and seal shipments with meticulous attention to detail and quality standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to warehouse supervisor
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to ensure seamless workflow
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse systems
- Strong organizational skills and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
