Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to team leads
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays as needed
