Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders using RF scanners and pick-to-light systems
- Verify product accuracy against packing slips and manifests
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment
- Inspect and prepare shipments for safe transport
- Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless workflow
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months+ warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner familiarity
- Valid Florida driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Flexibility to work weekends during peak seasons
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
