Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack customer orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and barcode scanners
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely dispatch of orders
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in varying temperature environments
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Willingness to operate warehouse machinery with proper training
