Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack customer orders using RF scanners and picking equipment
- Operate material handling machinery safely (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and discrepancy reporting
- Adhere to strict quality control standards for packaging
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to optimize workflow
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
