Your Role
As a Picker Packer, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Select, verify, and pack merchandise according to customer orders and picking tickets.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including handheld scanners and pallet jacks.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Physical stamina to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
