Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and pick-to-light systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Perform quality checks on products before packaging
- Process returns and damaged goods according to protocol
- Maintain organized inventory zones and cycle counts
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless workflow
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or picker packer experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy (99% pick rate target)
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
