Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic stock checks and reconciliation
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safe material handling practices
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification) safely
- Document inventory movements and report discrepancies promptly
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Forklift certification a plus but not required
