Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders efficiently using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Verify product accuracy against pick tickets and packing slips
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to ensure safety compliance
- Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams for seamless operations
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts
- Adhere to all company policies and OSHA safety regulations
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF scanner technology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required
