Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and order manifests
- Operate warehouse equipment safely including pallet jacks and electric carts
- Inspect products for quality and packaging integrity before shipment
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to ensure operational efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counting processes
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
