Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack orders according to specifications using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipment preparation
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counting and stock rotation practices
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and inventory discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- RF scanner experience or willingness to learn
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in varied temperature conditions
