Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to packing lists and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and RF scanners
- Verify product quantities and inspect items for damage before shipment
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license preferred
