Responsibilities
- Accurately select and assemble customer orders using RF scanners and voice-pick technology
- Inspect products for quality and pack securely to prevent damage during transit
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts and documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment safely including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize picking routes and improve efficiency
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort learning new technology systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation training)
- Reliable transportation to Fort Worth Industrial Blvd location
- Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
