Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and verify merchandise using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Package and label items securely for shipment according to specific customer requirements.
- Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy and proper packaging integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred but training available).
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure efficient inventory management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or retail setting is a plus.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Familiarity with barcode scanners and basic computer systems.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
