Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping orders to ensure customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our inventory management team to maintain high accuracy rates and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Scan barcodes and pick products from shelves based on packing slips.
- Verify product quality and quantity before packing.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials (boxes, tape, bubble wrap).
- Label packages accurately with shipping information.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate a handheld scanner.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
