Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack orders according to pick tickets
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand scanners, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock checks
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for quality before packaging
- Report equipment malfunctions or inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker/packer experience preferred
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid government-issued ID for daily pay processing
- Reliable transportation to Apache Trail location
- Willingness to pass background check and drug screen
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
