Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to pick tickets and shipping requirements
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand scanners, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Inspect products for damage and quality assurance before packaging
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow in the shipping department
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for order verification and inventory counts
- Reliable transportation to our downtown SF location
- Attention to detail with zero-error mindset for order accuracy
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Valid government-issued ID and Social Security card
- Must pass background check and drug screening
