Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-picking systems
- Verify inventory accuracy against pick lists and shipping manifests
- Package goods securely to prevent damage during transit
- Operate pallet jacks and electric carts for warehouse transport
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory zones
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
