Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory with precision
- Perform daily equipment inspections and safety checks per OSHA standards
- Load/unload trucks using proper pallet jacks and dock equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with weekend team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Uphold strict 5S and cleanliness standards in assigned zones
- Report maintenance needs and operational concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 6 AM - 6 PM)
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
