Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack orders using RF scanners and pick-to-light systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Inspect products for quality compliance before packing and shipping
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Utilize warehouse management software for order tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or inventory experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Reliable transportation to 7am/3pm/11pm shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
