Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and organize incoming shipments with zero-error documentation
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment to retail partners
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts and system updates
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspace standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist with equipment maintenance and warehouse optimization projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability including weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
