Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to digital picklists
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, RF scanners) safely
- Inspect products for quality before packaging
- Maintain organized inventory in assigned zones
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Meet daily productivity targets (80+ orders/hour)
- Collaborate with team during peak loading/unloading
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Reliable transportation to DC warehouse
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (6am-2pm/2pm-10pm)
- No prior warehouse experience required
- RF scanner certification training provided
