Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Quality Assurance: Verify that all items are correctly identified, free of damage, and match the specific order details before shipping.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels and assist in periodic inventory audits.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the packing station, aisles, and storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Shipping Preparation: Properly label packages, apply shipping materials, and load goods onto outbound trucks.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow employees to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse, logistics, or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort with using barcode scanners and RF guns.
- Reliability: Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
