Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging.
- Ensure all packing materials are used correctly to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
- Load and unload trucks as needed to support logistics operations.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate order verification.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
