Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including handheld scanners, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
