Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to digital pick tickets
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks on products before packaging
- Maintain organized workstations and inventory accuracy
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Report equipment issues or inventory discrepancies immediately
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background check
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Nashville facility
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
