Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized workstations following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and participate in regular training sessions
- Support inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or fulfillment center experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and attention to detail essential
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficient with RF scanning technology or similar systems
- Reliable transportation to shift start times (6 AM/2 AM/10 PM shifts available)
