Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity
- Maintain organized and efficient workflow in fast-paced picking zones
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counting activities
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or picker-packer experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends and overtime
- Reliable transportation to Great America Parkway facility
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
