Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to pick tickets and customer specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to ensure efficient operations
- Perform quality checks on products before shipping to prevent errors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report inventory discrepancies to warehouse supervisor
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and counting skills for inventory accuracy
- Reliable transportation to our San Antonio facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
