Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to daily manifests
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock rotation
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Assist with receiving and sorting incoming shipments
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker packer experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with frequent bending/lifting
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Valid government-issued ID for daily payroll processing
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Reliable transportation to South Bay warehouse location
- Flexibility to work early morning or evening shifts
