Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining quality standards
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy
- Load/unload trucks and organize stock in designated zones
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
