Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders efficiently using RF scanners and voice-picking systems
- Verify order accuracy and quality-check products before shipment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and inventory zones
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment issues and safety hazards to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a warehouse environment
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to our North San Jose facility
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork ethic
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
