Responsibilities
- Select and verify merchandise from warehouse shelves using RF scanners or picking lists.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials (boxes, bubble wrap) to prevent damage during transit.
- Label shipments accurately with correct addresses, barcodes, and tracking information.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Load pallets and prepare orders for shipping or delivery drivers.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for reading pick lists and labels.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
