Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently using a handheld scanner or computer terminal.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Load and unload shipments safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
