Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately retrieve items from shelves and prepare them for shipment according to customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock rotation to ensure accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and other warehouse machinery.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Truck Loading: Assist in loading outbound trucks efficiently and securely.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus, but Entry Level candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and walk on warehouse floors.
- Skills: Basic math skills for scanning and counting; ability to read and understand pick tickets.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
