Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality against packing lists.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory control processes, including cycle counts and stock rotation.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (e.g., loading docks, outdoor areas).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
