Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders efficiently using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Verify product accuracy and quality before shipment
- Maintain organized inventory levels in designated storage areas
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse technology
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
