Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and priority levels
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Follow quality control procedures to ensure order accuracy
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety regulations
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker-packer experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
