Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications and priority levels
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including pallet jacks and scanners
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Adhere to strict quality control protocols to ensure order accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Report equipment issues and safety hazards promptly to supervisors
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation if required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
