Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack orders using RF scanners and digital manifests
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless workflow
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse software
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts (early morning/weekends as needed)
- Warehouse experience or forklift certification a plus
- Background check and drug screen required
