Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Verify item counts and descriptions against customer orders.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Perform inventory checks and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for this role.
